Before devoting his work fulltime to HRC, Reza served as a General Manager and Executive Vice President for Airtel Plaza and Conference Center in Van Nuys, California. Reza specializes in leadership, improving company standards, increasing profitability and troubleshooting. Reza has attended numerous trade shows and has taken various courses to ensure he is always on top of the changing trends and practices in the business world.
