-Setup standard operating procedures to explain work flow process, proper general ledger (GL), coding and controls.

 

-Setup and process journals, adjust entries and post to general ledger with all ‘income’ and ‘expenses’.

 

-Create or assist with budgets and upload in to the accounting system.

 

-Perform all bank account and credit card reconciliations.

 

-Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

 

-Accounts payable services.

 

-Accounts receivable collection services.

 

-Review A/P Aging with your management team.

 

-Sales tax payments for Board of Equalization (BOE).

 

-Month end financial forecast: Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet.

 

-Meeting with client once per month on the property.
